“Hey, I’m home!” Whether we’re greeted by a loved one, a delighted pet, or even just a welcome and peaceful silence, there is nothing quite like coming home. For a family displaced by Hurricane Katrina moving into their new Habitat for Humanity home in Biloxi, or an impoverished family in Bangladesh using a microcredit loan to put a tin roof on their house to keep out the rain, or a refugee family getting settled in Boston, having the shelter of home is a wondrous experience.
