AS MORE AND MORE women enter managerial positions, the relationships they establish with each other will be critical not only to the advancement of their careers, but to their company’s competitive edge. Strategic planning, financial maneuvering, and savvy marketing may be do-or-die features of a company’s survival, but these are not enough to sustain growth.
