Typing — ugh! Who needs it? It’s amazing to think we still use a 19th-century device — the typewriter keyboard — to control our computers in the 21st century. We appear to be stuck with the QWERTY keyboard (the standard we all know and, uh, love) for a while longer, but we can give our carpal tunnels a rest now and then: By using the mouse, trackball, or touchpad, you can drag and drop rather than hunt and peck.

Most people recognize that a tool like Outlook can dramatically improve productivity, but many ignore Outlook’s most powerful productivity tools, including Tasks, the Calendar, and the ability to seamlessly connect all your information together.
