Becky Okamoto learned several valuable life lessons from a friendship she almost didn’t make.
Becky is an engineer by training and has spent most of her career in and around manufacturing. A few years ago, she was part of the leadership team at a production facility in California. It was one of the most diverse leadership teams she’d ever been a part of. In addition to her as an Asian American, there were two other women on the team and two Hispanic managers as well.
