Warming Up

Starting a tough routine without warming up is like taking a test without studying—almost nothing good can come from it. A warmup enables your core temperature to gradually rise as your heart starts pumping more blood and oxygen to working muscles. Ultimately, this prepares you for exercise and helps prevent injuries. Do all five warmups in order.
