Understanding the Organization theme is fundamental to understanding PRINCE2. At the time of writing this book, there aren’t too many questions on roles in the Foundation exam question pool, but there’s always a full section on it in the Practitioner exam. However, if the examiners ever read these words they may decide to boost the Foundation pool, so don’t think you can safely leave the area out of your revision.

For the Practitioner exam, you’ll be facing a full section of 12 questions on Organization, and it’s highly likely that you’ll have additional project scenario information to read. What’s more, the additional scenario is likely to be substantial and longer than in any other section of the exam. The size can be up to about one and a half sides of A4; the large amount of text is because often you’re given a list of people with a paragraph of information about each person.
