Learning PRINCE2 is tough, really it is, and piecing it all together in a short period of time is especially tough. I’ve spent many years teaching PRINCE2 courses, and I often tell those attending my courses that learning the method is a bit like learning to drive a car. At first it seems impossible. I grew up in Birmingham and lived on an extremely long road. I remember getting into the instructor’s car for my first lesson and driving off. I was well pleased, I can tell you. I went through the gears and then drove along smoothly.
