It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

12.1 Business scenario
Through the analysis of its Serial Process, ITSO Electronics has noticed that
more and more orders are being referred to Wholesaler B, as a result of the
inability of Wholesaler A to fulfill their order requests. Because ITSO Electronics
wants to become a fully On Demand Business, minimizing the cycle time of the
end-to-end business processes is critical to enable it to compete in a market
where Quality of Service can be a bigger differentiator than price.
