It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Installing an EAR file using the administrative console
The WebSphere administrative console is built into the server and can be
accessed in the tool. It is a Web-based front end that is used for configuring a
multitude of parameters on the server. To access the administrative console from
WebSphere Integration Developer:
1. In the servers view of the Business Integration perspective, right-click the
server.
2. Click Run Administrative Console.
3. In the Web browser window that opens, showing the administrative console,
log in with your user name and password. Then you see the page shown in
Figure B-4. ...
