Let's say you've just found the perfect person to fill your open job. Congratulations! We know you've already invested a lot to get this far.

Hiring and onboarding is a complex process with many repetitive, moving parts. But it also plays a pivotal role for your business success. A strong process lays the foundation for business stability (less turnover), growth (fast hiring‐to‐onboarding turnaround), and profitability (hiring the right team to make it happen).

So, you don't want to risk finding that perfect person. You've got to move fast to ensure that top talent doesn't take another offer; and then you need to ensure you set them up for success for their first couple of weeks with your business.
