This chapter continues our exploration of key components or milestones that allow us to engage, develop, empower, and recognize our people. Learning is undoubtedly one of the biggest reasons why people join startups, especially if they are transitioning out of bigger and more established businesses. But learning doesn’t just happen in startups.
