Services

In large networks with many activities and projects that each contain components ranging from the simple to the complex, especially if employees and stakeholders are scattered geographically, identifying services provides a snapshot of unified action that shows a common direction. This snapshot helps network members understand how sets of activities deliver comprehensive services that customers and citizens want. This view is a tool to help move everyone in the same direction toward the same goals.
