Determining Key Job Responsibilities
Not every part of a job is covered in the goals that an individual sets. A person’s goals represent the two to four major achievements that he or she is going to strive to attain, while still executing all of the other responsibilities required of someone holding the position. Goals describe what one is going to do in addition to meeting one’s job description responsibilities. But what are those “job description responsibilities”?
