You can expect sticking points on any journey – times when your plans, hopes and dreams don’t run smoothly and you feel as if you’re wading through treacle. The art of developing your confidence lies in minimising how long you let yourself stay mired in low-confidence land and how quickly you’re able to let the causes go.
