Self-Reflection Exercises

For those who do not have the opportunity and access to a quality 360, I put together this self-reflection exercise. I specifically chose the word exercise for these profiles because they are not assessment profiles, as they lack the reliability, validity, and rigor expected of an assessment.

SELF-REFLECTION EXERCISE 1: SEAT-OF-THE-PANTS SELF-PROFILE

Complete the profile in Figure C.1 by using a light pencil to fill in how much of each trait accurately represents how you think you behave.
