see how the demodulated phase φ(x, y) is almost free of distortion
because of the boundary P(x, y) of the interferogram.
5.5 CONVOLUTION-BASED SPATIAL-
CARRIER INTERFEROMETRY
Spatial linear carrier interferometry (also called the Fourier method) is
credited to Ichioka and Inuiya [14] and Takeda et al. [15]. In this method, a
linear spatial carrier is introduced to a single-image interferogram. us,
