Adding OAuth login support for Twitter with Ueberauth

We're going to start off by implementing Twitter, as this is actually one of the simplest to find, configure, and implement, and is also one of the most common OAuth providers. We'll need to start off by actually setting up and configuring our application in Twitter itself.

Twitter provides a "Twitter Apps" UI for developers, which you can use to set up your application. We're going to walk through the process of creating and configuring an application in this UI and talk about where each of the values needs to go in our Phoenix application to enable us to properly use the Twitter OAuth strategy with Ueberauth!
