Q: I HAVE BEEN A PRO PHOTOGRAPHER FOR ABOUT 18 YEARS. I HAVE BEEN SHOOTING FILM FOR 15 OF THOSE YEARS. MY FIRST DSLR PURCHASE WAS THE SONY A900. FOR THE MONEY IT JUST SEEMED THE RIGHT MOVE. SO ANYWAY, THIS YOUNG PHOTOGRAPHER JUST STARTING HER BUSINESS (BABY PORTRAITS ON PROPS) LOOKED AT THE CAMERA IN MY HAND AND CHUCKLED THAT IT WAS A SONY. BY THE WAY, SHE WAS HOLDING A CANON. WHY ARE SONY SHOOTERS MADE TO FEEL LIKE THIRD-CLASS CITIZENS? WHY IS HER GEAR BETTER THAN MINE?
