Photo Mount Effect

Here's a handy technique for adding visual interest by adding photo mounts to your corners. This is popular with wedding and travel photographers and photo retouchers. What's nice about this is that once you've created one set of mounts, you can save the layered file and use them again and again. Plus, at the end of the effect, there's a pretty cool background texture you create from scratch.

Quick Tip: High-powered chiseling Photoshop allows you to create a hard-edged chisel effect via the Bevel and Emboss Layer Style by changing the Technique to Chisel Hard.
