Photoshop Elements allows you to work on
individual layers within your photos and to
create, reorder, and rename these layers to
your liking. As you get more comfortable
with how layers work, you’ll likely start to
do more advanced tasks such as merging
and grouping layers, and using adjustment
layers to experiment with color adjustments
without permanently changing the pixels in
your images.
In this chapter, you explore how layers are
created and how you work with them to get
the results you want. The chapter concludes
with a comprehensive look at the Undo
History palette, which lets you undo any
changes and return to saved states in the
history of your image.
