Learning and Development
Remember that all of the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) requirements are built upon the competencies of Professional in Human Resources (PHR) professionals. That said, be sure you are fully acquainted with the content of Chapter 6. Learning and development is the only subject area that appears in both the PHR and SPHR Exam Content Outline. Everything in Chapter 6 is likely to appear on the SPHR exam just as is the material in this chapter. Learning and Development carries a 12 percent weight on the SPHR exam.
