This part of the book explores cold calling, which is the commonly accepted term for calling people you don't know. But I don't want you to think of these calls as cold calls.
This next four chapters will lay out why there are no cold calls.
You have a lot in common with your prospects, even the ones you don't know.
So don't think of them as cold calls; think of them as human calls.
Think of them as relationship calls.
Think of them as helping calls that will help you and your sales effort, but that mostly will help your prospects tremendously because they will be presented with the opportunity to benefit from your great value.
For this, they are lucky.
