EVEN IF YOU DO NOT have an artistic bone in your body, you can still draw with the Word drawing features. You can draw arrows, boxes, stars, circles, callouts, and dozens of other objects. The Shapes feature is also available in Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
Follow these steps to draw a shape:
Click the cursor where you want a shape to appear and choose Insert > Illustrations > Shapes. A gallery of shapes appears, as shown in Figure 13-14.
Choose the shape you want. The gallery closes, and your mouse pointer turns into a small black plus sign.
