LEADING PEOPLE

As we've already seen, to work with project management is always being between the frontiers of what is and what is not possible to do. That's why it is fundamental to have an impeccable team and leadership.

You have to imagine Mr. Edward A. Murphy, the famous guy who created a law that bears his own name, as one of your team members. He will always be there to tell you that “if something can go wrong, it will definitely go wrong.”

Leading and inspiring the team towards a superior performance is one of the most critical tasks that the project manager and his or her team must accomplish.
