Now, it’s time to home in—to consider the practical realities of your specific situation and the down-to-earth needs you may have for a job. In this chapter, I look at considerations such as the amount of money you need to make, the time you’re interested in devoting to work, and the level of responsibility you’re willing to assume. If they don’t align with your biggest dreams, you may need to prioritize your wants and needs and decide which concessions to make as you start your career.
