3.20. Plan Quality
The Plan Quality process is concerned with targeting quality standards that are relevant to the project at hand and devising a plan to meet and satisfy those standards. The quality management plan is the result of the Plan Quality process, which describes how the quality policy will be implemented by the project management team. The result of this process also produces the process improvement plan, which documents the actions for analyzing processes to ultimately increase customer value.
Figure 3.43 shows the inputs, tools and techniques, and outputs of the Plan Quality process.
