Task 4: Develop project schedule based on the project timeline, scope, and resource plan, in order to manage timely completion of the project.

This task is focused on the work involved in developing the project schedule that becomes the baseline against which time performance on the project is measured. Development of the project schedule involves using the schedule management plan to guide work relating to defining activities, sequencing these activities, estimating both activity resources and activity durations, and then collating all this information into the project schedule.
