Task 7: Develop a procurement plan based on the project scope and schedule, in order to ensure that the required project resources will be available.

The purpose of this task is to develop a procurement management plan to assist in the delivery of the project scope. Many projects use a procurement process to negotiate contracts for the supply of goods and services, and some projects are initiated with the successful negotiation of a contract. As such, the issue of project procurements is an important one that is made more important by the fact that any contracts signed are legally enforceable agreements; if the process is not done correctly, there could be severe legal repercussions.
