Chapter 7: Building a Culture of PolicyOps
As a wrap-up to this book's second part regarding the framework for digital policies, this last chapter will focus on supporting policies from a people and process perspective.
PolicyOps is a framework to influence change in an organization's adoption of digitization. On one hand, it is responsible for establishing guardrails which are preventative rules to prevent people from doing activities that could go against the policy rules; on the other it is responsible for changing behaviors to influence transformation in an organization.
This chapter will also serve as a lightweight manifesto for PolicyOps. It discusses ways to address people and processes for advancement and digital transformation.
