28.3 FORMS OF DISCRIMINATION
A helpful framework for analysing different forms of discrimination can be formulated by distinguishing the
extent to which a discriminatory act is intentional and isolated and the extent to which it is unintentional and
institutionalised. The common forms of employment discrimination are individual or isolated discrimination
