a ‘market rejection’ of the company by the shareholders. This points the fact that the ‘domain of politics and
ethics’, of a company, includes ‘corporate governance’.
Finally, in democracy, there has to be a binding or enforcement of the decisions. In a democracy, this is
achieved by the enforcement of laws. Here, a peculiar situation has arisen. The corporation is a microcosm
