These codes refer to the rules and regulations with respect to social, environmental and economic areas.
Managers of one country/region are required to follow rules and regulations of respective country/region.
For instance, bribery has been declared as a criminal offence in the United States, the managers of US
f rms should indulge in bribery neither in their own country nor in other countries. However, that has
