Abstract   Life is full of positives and negatives, some of them being moderate while others a few are intense. When someone fails to reconcile and manage severe negative experiences, it takes him to the blues. However, many of us sail through and again come to the normal track of life to face further naturally occurring challenges. Previous severe negative experiences help us to bounce back for positive adaptation in the context of significant adversity or risk.
