DEVELOPING POSITIVELY ENERGIZING LEADERSHIP
The previous chapter established that virtuous behaviors are heliotropic, virtuousness is demonstrated even in early infancy, virtuousness produces positive relational energy, and virtuousness is associated with positive outcomes in organizations. The question remains: How might we help individuals become more effective positively energizing leaders by developing more virtuousness? What behaviors might we emphasize?
