Abstract

Another picture also emerges from all the chapters presented so far, that is, the voltage sourcing nature of all converter outputs shown till now. Without additional measure, voltage source is more susceptible to overload (over current) damage. Chapter 10 gives one approach that provides power supply in current sourcing form. With that, output overloading gets curtailed to some extent.
