Inspirers are the rugged individuals of corporate America, the pioneering thinkers in academia, and the visionary artists who create the symbols that embody our cultural experience.

Although they are motivated to do what’s best for the group, Inspirers are such independent thinkers that they often don’t view challenges through the lens of the “group mind.” While the tendency to think outside the box boosts the creative potential of many Inspirers, it makes implementation a struggle for them.
