POWERFUL CONVERSATIONS AND TRUST

I HAVE LONG thought of trust as a critical ingredient for bringing people together to do work. It was only when I closely examined the importance of communication as it relates to leadership—and how High-Impact Leaders communicate through Powerful Conversations—that I truly came to see how trust functions, why it is important, and what it does for the organizations and individuals involved.
