PASSIONATE CHAMPIONS
ONE OF THE GREAT lessons of leadership is that you can’t do it by yourself. In the preceding chapter, we focused on using Powerful Conversations in a systematic, strategic, and targeted way to implement an Agenda for Change. Passionate Champions are the link between designing an Agenda for Change and implementing it. They assist a High-Impact Leader in ensuring that the organization will effectively embrace change and achieve the corrective objectives of the Agenda for Change.
