Chapter 8. Creating Tables (Windows)
The best way to present columns of data is in a Table slide. Figures 8.1 and 8.2 show examples of tables you can create in PowerPoint.

Think of a table as a mini-spreadsheet, similar to the ones you may have created in Microsoft Excel or Lotus 1-2-3. Unlike in previous versions of the program, you create tables directly in PowerPoint, not in Microsoft Word.
