Chapter 14. Working in Slide Sorter View
Slide Sorter view shows miniatures of each slide in your presentation ( Figure 14.1 ). It's similar to Outline view in that you see many slides at once, but in Slide Sorter view you have the advantage of seeing the images of all the slides, including objects (charts, tables, and so forth).

Slide Sorter view lets you observe the flow of your presentation and reorder your slides, if necessary. You can easily copy and delete slides as well. This view is also useful for copying and moving slides to other presentations and for instantly viewing ...
