At this point, we shift our focus from creating and managing issues to planning using issues. For small projects with a relatively manageable number of issues, it is a pretty simple matter to plan your work. You simply pick issues off the open list, assign it to yourself or someone else, work on the issue, and close it once the work is complete. Which issue you pick usually depends on the urgency of the request or the scope of work needed to complete the task.
