In this section you will find lots of design-based activities, some of which can be taught as stand-alone lessons and others which can be presented as longer-term projects.

With today’s wide curriculum to deliver, many teachers regret that creative subjects such as Art and DT are neglected in favour of other topics. A way to remedy this is to exploit the numerous cross-curricular links that can be made with subjects such as English, Mathematics and Science.
