In this section you will find activities mainly focused upon the gymnastic, athletic and games elements of Physical Education.

Most of the activities are adaptable to use as a warm-up/cool-down, or extendable to use as a main lesson activity.

Some of the activities make use of standard school PE equipment such as bean bags or bands, while others can be done without resources. Many of the activities encourage the children to be involved in developing a game; this will increase their enjoyment and bring a sense of ownership.
