About the Author
Saly A. Glassman joined Merrill Lynch in 1980 after graduating from Cornell University, where she studied psychology. She was a leader in the early 1980s as one of the first financial consultants to advocate a total financial planning approach for clients.
Since 2004, when the Barron’s Winner’s Circle was initiated, Saly has been listed consistently among the 100 Top Best Financial Advisors and in the top three of the Women’s Financial Advisors. Her advisory team has more than 135 years of collective experience and responsibility for over $2 billion of investments. Much of Saly’s success stems from her “client-focused brand,” a comprehensive financial services approach with retirement planning as a key component.
