Making our own collaboration workflow

Using your understanding of Plone's workflows, it's time to create a new one. Imagine that your site requires a great deal of collaborative authoring by staff (a new role) that needs to be reviewed before it's published. Moreover, after something is published, the regular staff should not be allowed to edit it. Finally, we need a copy editor role and a copy editing state as these pages are written by multiple authors and take some solid eiting to make them flow well.

This workflow sounds close to the simple_publication_workflow, but it's slightly different. Let's start by making a copy of the simple_publication_workflow in the ZMI. Visit portal_workflow again, and then select the contents tab.
