Cluster 3 could be patients who reported no pain. However, they are characterized by a much shorter duration than cluster2:

Note that in the preceding examples we only pulled four observations from each cluster. However, you need not pull only four of them. Pull as many as necessary, and try to give it a name that categorizes the clusters characteristics.
