Testing the difference between customers who called and those who did not

Calling the survdiff() function produces the chi-square test:

> survdiff(SurvObj ~ ChurnStudy$called.binary, data = ChurnStudy)Call:survdiff(formula = SurvObj ~ ChurnStudy$called.binary, data = ChurnStudy) N Observed Expected (O-E)^2/E (O-E)^2/VChurnStudy$called.binary=CALLED 385 244 208 6.18 10.3ChurnStudy$called.binary=NONE 1103 507 543 2.37 10.3 Chisq= 10.3 on 1 degrees of freedom, p= 0.00131

This shows a clear break between a customer calling or not, and indicates that customer calls might require an intervention plan so that any potential churn can be addressed.
