Food for thought

Before cities, humans were simple wanderers, hunters, and explorers. As our surroundings changed and our interactions grew more complex, we moved away from our natural tendencies and instincts to more unnatural ones. The fact is, though, that while the need for information and access to it has grown more complex, we still seek the same simplicity, ease of use, and a clear path. It is, therefore, our responsibility as designers to provide this in our work and to reconnect with our end user's instinctual needs. It is already being done, and the more we are able to notice it, the better we will be at delivering it. Let's take a closer look at how this is being accomplished in the digital realm.
