Cutting, Copying, and Pasting Clips
As you would expect of any computer program, Adobe Premiere uses copy and paste functions. You might be pleasantly surprised by Premiere’s powerful paste commands. In this section, you’ll learn how to copy and paste the contents of a clip. Later chapters discuss how you can use the same command to copy the settings used by one clip and paste them into another clip.
To use the Paste to Fit command:
1. | Select a clip in the timeline, or load it into the source view or a clip window (Figure 6.78).
