When you’re shooting video, miniDV is the format of choice; but when you watch movies, most people prefer DVD. With Premiere Elements and a DVD burner, you can present your movies on a DVD, and they can even have a fully functional menu with scene selections.
Of course, you can also export video from Premiere Elements to a DV tape just as easily as you captured footage from a DV tape. Use the result as your project’s master tape for dubbing to other formats or for safekeeping.
